Screenmedia Expo 2010 at earls Court in London was a great success for SY Electronics. Over 3000 visitors attended the show and several hundred visited the stand. We have already exceeded the level of direct business that we got from the show in 2009.

Digital Signage solutions on display included our CatX extenders distributing content by Wallflower software using a range of Aopen digital media players.

S.Y. also launched our new CatX HDMI extender solution. Already proven in several installations, this is a natural addition to our etxender solutions for the digital signage space.

Aopen recently tested our CatX extenders with their most popular digital media players and commented that it’s one of the most flexible systems they have ever seen.

There was also a range of projection screen products from Vueinti. After months of testing, Vueinti have released a world first; a range of large format interactive touch foils bonded complete with their highly acclaimed Ultra XC sunlight readable and Clarity Holographic screens.

We will also be displaying the ‘Vueinti Cube’, the perfect solution for plug and go digital signage, just plug it in and away you go. No messy cables, complete control and updates via the globally recognised Wallflower Global signage solution. A secure case with a UPS in the bottom, not only for power protection but will alarm if unplugged. This solution includes monitoring of power usage.
