The CatX Classic range includes two VGA + audio expanders that allow an installation to include more VGA display devices. Both the expanders receive a single UTP Cat5 connection and provide a maximum of either four or eight RJ45 Cat5 UTP outputs.

The CatX Expander 4 and Expander 8 connect via cat5 UTP cable after any CatX Video Tx transmitter. These units provide additional outputs where the available number of outputs at the transmitter is reaching its maximum capability.
