Skew Correction
Description
The Skew62 provides two continuously adjustable controls that can eliminate the skew effects from long runs of UTP cable, especially in third-party systems where there is no skew correction available. This makes the Skew62 compatible with any brand of cat5 VGA extender.
The Skew62 fits between the cat5 receiver device and the VGA display device to give full skew correction up to a maximum UTP cable distance of 300 m – see Resolution / Distance.
The Skew62 has no switch settings or complex set up procedure and only requires a 5VDC power supply to operate.
