CatX Video Tx2
Description
The CatX Video Tx4 and Tx8 transmitters broadcast high quality VGA and audio signals at distances of up to 300m when connected to either a CatXQ Video Rx or a CatXQ Video Rx2, using low cost cat5 cabling and provides four or eight full sets of AV outputs. Higher resolutions are achievable at shorter distances – see Resolution / Distance.
The CatX Video Tx4 and Tx8 can save both space and money whilst increasing security to a much higher level, as the video source is no longer in the same location as the display.
The CatX Video Tx4 and Tx8 require only a single 12V mains adapter in order to operate. The PSU connects to either the transmitter unit or the receiver unit(s), providing even more installation flexibility.
All the CatX units are styled with metal casing and designed to be compact and lightweight, as such, they easily fit in to environments with limited space.
