Description

The CatX Video Rx receives SVGA transmission over cat5 cable up to 150 m when connected to any transmitter in the CatX Classic Range. The tune control on the CatX Video Rx provides an easy adjustment to produce a sharp high-quality image and performs best using low cost cat5 cabling. Higher resolutions are achievable at shorter distances – see Resolution / Distance.

Installation of all CatX units is quick and easy, requiring only a single 12VDC PSU adapter in order to operate. The PSU can attach to either the transmitter unit or the receiver unit, providing flexibility in the installation.

A single distance compensation control on the CatX Video Rx unit makes adjusting the image quality for different cable lengths simple whilst viewing the remote display. No switch settings or complicated set up procedure is required.

CatX Video Rx is compact and lightweight, saving both space and money whilst raising system security to a much higher level, since the video source is no longer in the same location as the display. This small size also allows for easy installation in environments with limited space.
