A major company that specialises in custom interiors for public transport has chosen CatX extender products for on board signage in two major bus fleet contracts. These buses will be used as part of public transport networks in the USA and UAE.

The compact design and low power consumption, makes CatX extender products ideal for use in both road and rail vehicles. CatX Cat5 extenders are deployed in a variety of digital signage networks.

These fleets will operate in desert environments where temperatures can vary by up to 30 degrees centigrade. One of the main reasons for choosing CatX products for this contract was the stability and consistent performance of the Products in these conditions.

Each fleet will consist of over 90 vehicles.
