CatX Digital Signage Installation in China

An installation of CatX equipment that ran a 3×3 video wall fed by 9 independent Symon Digital Appliances, (SDAs),at 1280 x 720 resolution over CAT5 cable.

The installation (in China) allowed Symon to save 5u of very valuable cabinet space without affecting the integrity of the system, whilst at the same time reducing energy usage and residual cost, such as power rails, thanks to the SY Electronics design which takes power from the SDA directly through the HD15 connection.

SY Electronics have become Symon Dacon’s preferred supplier of VGA extender and distribution products. We have over 500 units in operation in Symon TargetVision systems running in high profile blue chip corporations throughout the world, including: Belgium, China, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Malaysia, Philippines, Republic of Ireland, South Africa and over 50 locations in the UK.
